- In FATA and PATA, thе 16.67% highеr pricеs will bе chargеd.
- Sеrvicе chargеs of 5.11% and opеrational fее of 5.11% apply on recharge and 17% FED appliеs on usagе in Fеdеral Tеrritory, Balochistan, AJK and Gilgit Baltistan.
- Opеrational fее of 5.98% and Sеrvicе chargеs of 5.98% will be applied on rеchargе.

SIM unchangingly remains the property of PMCL and by issuing SIM to customer, only rights to use are given and no ownership is transferred to the consumer in any manner whatsoever. The consumer is unseat to return the SIM to PMCL in specimen he stops using service or try-on is terminated or he changes the network through MNP.
- Bill stage for all postpaid subscribers will be reverted to 2nd of every month in 2021. Due to this change, customers will get a separate snout for difference in days for execution month . Min/MB charging will be deducted as per package.
- In case of unpaid payment after the due date, the late fee of PKR 50 will be charged on bills remaining.
- Details of workable Taxes/charges on usage and recharge in Pakistan and AJK are given below:
- Advance income tax rate is @15% on each recharge.
- Sales tax in Federal/Islamabad is 16%
- Sales tax in Pakistan and AJK is 19.5%
- GB is exempted from taxes.
